The responce was good and I got a phone call shortly after I paid. They are however difficult to get hold of, because the number they list isn't available and I had to use my cell phone caller list to find the number they called me from. I did however opt to collect the item and didn't wait for it to be send via mail. The memory stick did look origional and is working fine in my PSP. I will use goodprices again in thr future. Thanks
