I have never received the DIY CD I purchased from this seller- several months have passed since I concluded the sale. He claims the Post Office has failed to deliver to 14 purchasers and even returned many Registered Mail packages "Undelivered", which is unlikely. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON.
Initially I was rated positively, until I rated the seller negatively for the above reasons. He has now changed my rating to a negative one. How Childish !!
