I was very disappointed with the way patsales advertised his item. He advertised it as a Brand New PC P4, meanwhile it was just information!! He gave misleading information, and didn't state CLEARLY that it is only for the information! Next time, check the wording of the advertisement very carefully!
The buyer has misunderstood the advert and even after I wavered payment from the buyer, I still get a negative rating. This cannot be fair!! Responded 23 Apr 2004
