After two futile attempts on the 20 Nov, I actually bought the item the 27 Nov - to discover that charger + phone are defect. During a Sun morning call seller asked me to bring the phone between 4 and 5pm in order to check. At the time nobody was present and left the phone with tenant. Now I am without money and without phone. Calls are futile - I told him he ¿f.. me around¿ (4 trips, 4 hours, >100km) he wants to beat me up. I will lay a criminal charge by the end week when problem is not solved
RESPONSE TO NEGATIVE RATING: This person bought a phone from me which he claims was defective and which I normally would gladly rectify. However, until he apologizes to my wife for his abusive and threatening behavior towards her, all he can expect is a charge of crimen injuria. Responded 29 Nov 2004
