Great sales woman, and as usual a pleasure dealing with Ruth. Unfortunately the necklace never found it's way to me, but that is the post offices fault, and ruth is A+ so definitly a positive rating.
There is very little that ruffles my feathers, but when someone takes something that is not theirs, I must admit my dander is raised. It is not fair that you should be without your necklace/earrings set just because some dishonest person somewhere is enjoying it.
