I dont understand the mentality that causes people to rate us neutrally/negativly without trying to resolve the issues with us first? We dont claim to never mistakes and are always here to assist our clients when we are in the wrong, but to rate us badly before even trying us out and giving us the chance to ressolve any issues is jumping the gun and unjust.
