Telephoned the seller personally to confirm that I had made payment and sent payment confirmation to his email address. He promised to send me the e-book later today. I've just logged on to check - and still no e-book in my inbox - 8 hours later! Poor service!
Sorry about that. The auction ended at 3:30pm and you phoned an hour later as I was walking out the office and couldn't return later that evening. I returned the next day, on a public holiday, to email your book to you for your R1 payment. My apologies. Responded 19 Jun 2005
