I have paid for my parcel 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I checked my tracking number and checked where my parcel was. I picked up via the SAPO that my parcel was last seen in Montclair Post office. What is it doing there? When am I actually going to receive my parcel?
We had posted your package & e-mailed the tracking number to you.The post office has just returned your package with the reason "Unknown address"We had posted to the address which you have listed with bidorbuy.Before giving us a negative rating you could have emailed us(Not our fault if you do not supply the right address).
