The worst seller I have dealt with to date... Auction was won a week back and no reply has been made to my emails for payment... Wouldnt recommend doing business with this seller
Payment was made on the day of the purchase and the item was only posted a week later without any notice from the seller of delays ie stock etc. Tracking details that were supplied were also incorrect. Once seller checked up on item found that an error was made and problem was rectified all was then settled.
Fantastic response time and quick support when help is required. Ruthie also has a wonderful professional, personal touch which lacks in some companies
