I have not yet received my items, but that is the fault of the post office who sent back the parcel after 7 days - I was away on holiday. The post office are supposed to keep the item for about 30 days, apparently.
He was away on holiday - Understandable, so my email with part of it arrived late. The problem I have is: I have sent him a message saying that the attachment of ebooks was not there, but he has not replied to me. I hope he will reply soon.
I initially put a negative rating, but Warren has gone the extra lengths and changed my mind successfully. Well done on much better customer service, Warren!
Shelagh, I have to disagree, although I value your opinion. The two items I posted you retail at around R50 together, you bid R41! Where are you going to pick up a Cellphone pouch for less than R30 and a CD case for less than R20? Go into your local cell-shop and see. The R70 you paid incl postage and handling, which was on the Item description page! I kept you up to date on the postage issue and you never complanied then. This toy was broken when we received it. Nothing has been done to try to sort the situation out and we are disgusted with these people. I have even spoken to them on the telephone. They promised a 72 hour response. We have not heard from them again. Awful!
