Product is great. Service a bit slow - obviously very busy. The photograph showed a necklace with the pendant but the description was for a pendant only. Suppose it is my fault but the photograph is misleading
Hi herbjakeyI am never too busy for any of my customers - you selected registered shipping and not overnight.Most pictures for pendants generally show a chain - and I feel my description and header were fairly clear , but I just wish that if you were unhappy with anything that you had contacted me directly before posting a rating as I would have gladly refunded your purchase or alternatively come to some arrangement Responded 08 Feb 2006
