Very disappointed with this buy. Firstly the decoder does not work at all. We have tried everything, phoned Sentech and Ellies and they said either the decoder or smart card is faulty. The decoder is rusted at the back, no power cable supplied. You said you would transfer into my name - that still has not been done. Left several messages for you to phone me. This is a very frustating matter and probably the worst buy I ever made! Please contact me so we can resolve this matter.
