buyer overlooked to take into consideration the cost of the packaging, i.e. envelope, gem packaging, time and petrol over and above the post office charge to get her parcel from A to B. she paid for the gem, all the above explained in detail is the cost over and above the price for the gem she won which she agreed on the second she bid on this auction, too late to complain now therefore rating returned in kind.
