I am unable to contact the seller, no response to any email to confirm shipment has been made and no answer on mobile which I have tried a few times. Will change rating if everything is ok. Item has gone missing in the Post now .... told it'll take 3-4 weeks to find it. Not necessarily the fault of the seller, but shipping was their responsibility. Item NEVER arrived, no replacement offered, even partial refund not offered. Bad Customer Service.
You have been in personal contact with me, and you bought in August of last year. I cannot take responsibility for the post office. I spent 2 whole days searching for the correct person to speak to, for which I directed to you and and never received even a thank you, only the rudest of comments. I always recommend insurance, But you did not want it, and I cannot take responsibility for your choices. I give excellent customer service but you are a difficult customer. Responded 07 Feb 2008
