A week and a day after winning the auction, I have tried numerous times to contact PCACTIVE: 5 phonecalls and emails later, with NO RESPONSE at all. Number just rings and no email responses - I emailed DIRECTLY as the auction closed. Absolutely terrible service. UPDATE unable to confirm seller's identity after numerous tries. By clause 6.1.6.2 in the terms, I am forced to cancel my purchase.
