Person did not pitch at the agreed delivery point and after a few days I eventually got the product but is was not working, still is not working.

Person DID pitch at the agreed delivery point and dealt with four other customers when I was there!! As regards to the pen I offer replacements or refunds on faulty items if you had bothered to tell me!!
