Seller were understanding with the SNC, but because of the appeal seems like he is quite upset. I did appologise about the SNC as it was out of my control.
My question is why did you appeal ? The reason for the SNC (sale not complete) was accpetable to me, but why should I pay a commission on something that was not sold. This is the only reason for filing an SNC with BOB. I also informed you during the auction through Q&A that this would be necessary and why. So I ask again why did you appeal ? Responded 03 Apr 2006
