This as my first BidorBuy purchase so I was cautious and not too familiar with the workings. I collected the stone, and am disappointed the clarity of the stone was very poor. Many more inclusions than the -Slight Inclusions- as mentioned.
You purchased the ruby having viewed a magnified image showing the inclusions. If you were unhappy why didn't you return it in terms of the guarantee that was available? Have it valued and you will realise how unfair your rating is! Do not expect rubies to look like cubic zirconium, Swarovski topaz or even tourmaline or topaz. Expect to pay many thousands of rand for the ruby you are looking for. Responded 04 May 2006
