once auction closed i received my email that i had won, and then the seller has sold/given the tickets away to a friend. These tickets were for my daughter & i was already in cape town for the concert the tickets were bought for. DISGUISTING.WOULD NEVER EVER DEAL WITH HER AGAIN.
I owe you a very big apology for letting you down the way I did. I checked my mail up until 9/10th and had no bids, so I gave up checking as I assumed no one was interested. I am new to auction site & was completely unaware they automatically send a 'winner notification'. Had I known that, I wouldve NEVER let things slide the way I did.
