The seller was helpful and very quick to send the package and communicated with me throughout. Thank you! I was a bit disappointed in the ring though as it looked nicer on the website than when I received it. I bought it more for the stone though than the ring itself so I am still glad to have it.
The buyer and i had a communication breakdown and i didn't receive his email furnishing me with their physical address for collection. I however received a call as soon as he received my complaint and the matter was sorted out immediately. I am happy with their prompt response and will be collecting my bag today. Thank you.
We sent this buyer collection details on the 30th June, within hours of payment reflecting in our bank account and we have proof thereof! Admittadly sometimes emails arent the most reliable source of communication, however I would expect the buyer to try contact me first instead of shocking us with a negative rating when her parcel has been waiting for her collection for almost 2 weeks now.
