Initially the non-receipt of an email detailing delivery resulted in my trying unsuccessfully to reach the seller for several days. After lodging a complaint the situation was rectified and I was supplied with the tracking number which allowed me to collect the item. As I live in CT, as does the seller, I'd wanted to collect the item in person, but this was refused.
Excellent seller. Prompt response, easily contactable. As I am based in Cape Town I could arrange to pay for the item and collect it in person, which appeals to me. Item offered is of good quality for the price.
I still don't have the item I paid for promptly more than ten days ago. Very poor feedback from the seller on the status of the order. I've had to call her at least six times already. The tracking number provided cannot be found on Speed Services system, and the item has not arrived at the post office. This was only my second experience on Bid or Buy, but it has been bad enough to put me off using the service in future. Totally unprofessional so-called "trade broker."
aution stated "allow 7 days for delivery) and payment made by cheque that took 7 working days to clear. i would not consider myself unproffesional sending the item speedservice when 7 day postage is offered. Excellent service. Received goods as promised after minor courier glitch. Seller made effort to contact me to update shipping details, provide tracking number, etc. Good experience.
