I made an effort to drive all the way to his business. when I got there I phoned to find out where the shop was as I could not see it according to the name given. He answered, could not hear me even though I could hear him clearly.I then phoned again and he refused to answer the phone it just kept on ringing. phoned again the sam ething. I then left after travelling all the way there. About 15 later he phoned to say I must come back to the shop. How can anyone expect that from a client??
I find it very very unfair that you can come to my business with out letting me know , or making an appointment and then ratting me negatively when I am not there , if you made an appointment with me I would of been there , I value all my customers , but sir please be reasonable .
