Your e-book was mailed to you on 25 July after your payment was received with instructions to call me if you had a problem. I had heard nothing from you till this comment. The e-book was resent to you on 14 August with request to contact me if you have problems and I havent heard from you. I emailed you again on 29 September and still no response Responded 05 Oct 2006
