Excusing the fact that Yan mistakenly posted the item to the counter instead of to door I would highly recommend this seller. Postage and delivery WAS prompt and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Really goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Looking forward to future purchases from you Yan.
Great service, and willing to go the extra mile, but did not inform me that there was no battery included and posted the wrong user manual. He has however promised to rectify this. All in all, a pleasure to do business with.
communication good. Very polite and helpfull. Unfortunately the product was not quite the quality i was expecting. All in all, relatively positive. In reply, i did not contact you as it would not have altered the sale. a bid is a binding contract and i stuck by it, but i thought it only fair to inform others that the quality of the swords was not top quality, a fair price at 350, but definately not worth the quoted market price of 1800.
Unfortunately, I have noticed in my line of work it is difficult to please eveyone. In defense of the swords I sell, i wholesale and retail and strangely you are the first to complain. I think it better that you phoned me as you did so many times and discussed the problem, rather than have you unhappy. It was that simple! This is not a contract by blood, you could have communicated BETTER with me, And this sword HAS SOLD for more than R1500 elsewhere, thats y i sell it. Responded 30 Jun 2006
