Package took forever to get to me. The only thing that saved this from getting a negative rating, was that the seller at least phoned me himself to apologise and confirm he will be sending it shortly.
Client is 100% correct here. We had stock problems on this item and as such there was a delay. I still dont belive that this neccesarily means that the rating we receive should reflect this, however if the buyer chooses to make it public there is nothing we can do. As a seller every single buyer that pays us gets a positive rating. You would hope that from a buyers perspective that every buyer who received their product as advertised would do the same, but in reality this isn't so. Responded 18 Oct 2006
