I find it totaly wrong that i have to at my cost send back faulty items and that i still have not recieved my Omega watch paid for 2nd Aug 2006 i thought that after buying so many watches from you that i would be treated better this rating will not be changed until i have all the issues sorted out and hope that Bidorbuy will sort you out in this regard. thats all Jacques

It has been four weeks since payment and still no watch if i dont hear from you soon i will be forced to give a negative rating i think you must live by the way you advertise and adhere to you own strict rules as set out on your adds please advise asap thank you Jacques
We sent the item on 22nd AugNormally if will takes about 10 to 15 days to reach SA but sometimes it will go beyond 30 days depending on South Africa custom clearance. Pls understand that it is totally beyond our control. Responded 11 Sep 2006

Your EXAGGERATION on timings is very disappointing.Count the days from the time you won the 2nd item & you will see that it was not over 5 weeks to this time as you claimed.You send your payment to a wrong PayPal account too.The sending tooks 7-10 days & any delays there after like customs checking is not beyond my control at all.Nobody is perfect...human understanding in charge of every situations will be much better than lying. I think if you will do the actual counting of the days from the time you won the watch up to the time you received it, that will not be that long as you claimed. Anyway, the important now is you are happy with the watch you received and that is for me enough...... Responded 17 Aug 2006
