Service is one of the best I had so far. A bit rough on sellers since thy, quite rightfully, expect the same level of service that they provide. Since we are not all daily on the Webb I would personally appreciate a bit more tolerance for slow purchase responses and a bit gentler wording in their communication. Adding a direct payment option via credit card will be beneficial. But I do recommend them as a reliable seller. Top Class. Thanks
Love the color but the stone is damaged on the face, visible with a standard had lens (2X) Stone was replaced at sellers cost. AAA seller. will keep doing buissnes with him
It's almost impossible for me to inspect every gem with the volume of auctions I have, but I see that I am going to have to do that with every auction you win. I shall send you a replacement at my cost which will hopefully be enough for this neutral rating to be removed. All it takes is an email telling me what the problem is and I will fix it.
