payment was made on saturday 3/03/07. She does not answer her phone neither respond to the e-mail sent to her to find out about the date of delivery of the notebook. She only sent me a email on wednessday to tell that she gonna sent the speedservices no. as soon as she arrives at the office. Was twice at the post office today, but nothing yet arrived.
I have owned this exact product for over 2 years now, never had a single problem with it. The clip would only break if it is abused. You are so quick to "never deal with us again" when in reality you are over compensating because you are upset that you stood on your product. The product comes packed in foam and literally cannot break in transit. Meantime we sell a product at 70% under cost, deliver quickly and end up with a neg rating. Responded 09 Nov 2006
