No confirmation of payment being received or that product had been dispatched, took two weeks to arrive and on arrival dvd was damaged with seller not responding to query...
1) we never confirm payment was received from any of our buyers.2) you chose standard mail with no tracking number, we only inform clients of dispatch when they have a tracking number, another thing that clients are more than happy with.3) it took the SA post office 2 weeks to deliver the dvd, not us.4) the SA post office damaged the disk, not us - we use the most protective jiffy bags for packaging and purchases do not come with a warranty, if they did the auction would have stated that.
