definitely not waterproof as they are open at the back ,one is already flickering which means the driver as failed and can not be used , very poor

The lens housing is not waterproof, but water resistant, anti-bump

what part is hardend ? the links are just bent and not even welded, , I wouldn't even use this on a bicycle, very poor
