Item was resent on 12 March as promised. I do feel the negative rating is rather harsh considering I was originally given the wrong address. I am dealing with hundreds of customers at any one time and if it is wrong on the BOB files it can quite easily fall through the cracks. I am sorry the first package was sent to the wrong address.
