The gem you bid on is the gem in the photo, the gem you received is the gem in the auction photo, which leaves it up to "LIGHTING', I, like 99% of sellers use floresent light when taking pictures, take the ruby to your kitchen at night, and i am sure you will see what i am talking about, and possibly decide to change your rating.
