If you are the person that keeps asking his secretary to phone me then you might want to ask her why you have not received your disk. I keep asking her to send me your order number and address conformation via email. I have asked her every time she phoned and every time she said she would. I have a no nonsense replacement policy BUT I dont keep sending replacements to wrong addresses, so unless you confirm your address I am not sending a replacement. Responded 23 Feb 2008
