its the principal of giving good service and making sure goods are there on the day of collection.............
receiving of money and phoning client that laptop is ready for collection is fine - this confirmation was done last week......tuesday at randburg shop - anytime.........!!!!werner got there at 10h00 to collect and he is still sitting at the shop and its now 13h00............ that is no gut service.......i just hope the upgrade from 30gb to 80gb has been done..............
