I received very fast and efficient assistance from the seller. The stone was unfortunately not as bright and red as the picture - although still pretty.
The service and assistance from the seller was great. Unfortunately the stones were not what I expected. The colour is not a bright as the pic and the stones are chipped and cracked. Also not clear and with great lustre as promised. A bit disappointed.

As a new buyer, I did not realize that the stone was actually in India. I have been trying to get hold of the seller for two days via mail now - and still no response. I am very exited about the stone though, just wish I could hear something from the seller!
