Buyer claimed to have paid and then wanted the deal cancelled because he didn't want to fetch the parcel at the Post Office and neither did he want his doorbell to be rung. Impossible to please. Still haven't found his payment, although I have sent him a cheque as refund to his address (I have proof). As do I have proof of replying within an hour to all his e-mails. I shall amend my rating once I know he will do the same. I did refund him without his payment reflecting on my account. Responded 20 Feb 2007
I'm a bit confused.... first I get a netral rating, then I get a positive rating that reads "good seller - received the item quickly" and now I get a negative rating that reads "never received the item". Please advise which is correct, as I can follow up via the tracking number and advise, as this item was posted on time. Responded 20 Feb 2007
