Not sure if I will deal with this seller again. I got the stones after several requests and telephone calls (with no replies - or very inefficient responses). The stones arrived as registered mail (R13.05), whereas Speedservices was requested for delivery (R40) - will see if there is a refund for the difference... or maybe I should live in hope... Beware of sellers like these!!
Excellent communication! Even though the stones did not arrive eventually, the transaction was reversed with great ease and money was refunde efficiently. Will buy again from this seller... keep up the good work!!

Roger has been extremely supportive and understanding... I decided to bid again on the stone on wednesday madness - and got it at a much lower price... AND LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING THIS BEAUTIFUL STONE from THIS AMAZINGLY PROFFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATIVE SELLER!!!!!
