The seller did not care to explain why The book is late only when called i was told the book is going to be delay due to uncontrolled circumstances, These things happen it dint worry me, But later I was given a WRONG Tracking Number, I only found out when I went to the post office, I eventually asked for the correct tracking number from the seller and was given to me, But after 2-3 weeks delay + lot of Time waste + going to the wrong Post office + lot of calls to the seller = Not Good.
Indigo, The book was sent only a few days after your order, and you were originally provided with the CORRECT tracking number, you only contacted us 3 weeks after the book was shipped to inquire about the delay. yes we mistakenly gave you the wrong tracking number then, but you were given the CORRECT tracking number only a few hours later. you became aggressive and rude over the phone which is why we offered you a refund and discontinued the conversation.
