I received the MP3 player in record time - unfortunately however, it does not work. I spoke to Eddie this morning and he promised to immediately despatch a new unit to me. Only on receipt of the new one do I have to return the broken unit. Professional, fast and friendly service. What a pleasure doing bussiness with this seller.Pieter

Excellent product, excellent seller. I waited quite long for the parcel to arrive, but that was not due to anything from the sellers side - it is purely the fact that not only did the Namibian postal services invented the term "snail mail", they also managed to hone it down to a fine art.
I will definitely deal with this seller again.
This deal fell through due to the fact that I went on leave and did not have access to a computer. I did however aquire the pgms at a later stage. Friendly and efficient seller. Will deal with him again.

you basically then admit that it was empty all along......
I did sign for the parcel and left without checking - outside in the car I gave it to my wife, whose present it was supposed to be-she then noticed that it was opened.
I am really not going to argue about R100 - maybe it will make you richer, but I will definitely not miss it.
Pieter, The post office investigation on your opened parcel states that you received & signed for an unopened parcel, you then blamed the poffice for stealing your gems, but you are the culprit here. So you need to take this up with the postal co not me. My fees are R48 insured mail, if you are not happy with paying that = the ans is simple don't buy from me. Responded 01 Jun 2007
Excellent seller - after the first parcel got lost in the post, George not only replaced the lost stones, but he did it free of charge. He might have lost two stones, but he gained the respect and loyalty of this buyer. I will most definitely support him in future.
