Extremely difficult to get hold of seller. Paid for item on 23 June 2007 and almost two weeks later, still no tracking number or delivery. Seller comes up with new excuses every time I manage to get hold of him as to why tracking number has not been sent. Seller is linked to The Launch Zone which has been blacklisted on BidorBuy.
As explained via fax with you today, your laptop is still with fujitsu in durban awaiting the hard drive to be replaced under warranty. Not only are you getting a 80GB hard drive compared to the 40Gb that you paid for, we are also refunding your shipping costs in full for the delay. If you are not happy with this, then we will GLADLY refund you in full and file a SNC with bidorbuy. Your negative feedback is invalid. I have spoken to you everyday since Monday.
