I received this phone which was broken and I send it back to him and ever since I didn`t received my money or a other phone. Accourding to me this is theft!!!!!!

That is a big big lie, you never sent an email to me tell me that i must send back the belt. It is only once when you ask me what was wrong with the belt and i replied. After 2 days i ask you what must i do and you never replied until you write those lies on BOB.
3 emails was send to this customer telling her to return the item so it can be inspected which was ignored...A email is also send to every customer giving them instructions of how to handle the parcel at the post office which she also ignored...I rest my case..she only replied to this on 8 August.......does she ever read her emails...I have the copies and the dates on my pc. How can you give me a personal offer even if you knew that you already sold the phone. You cannot sell one phone into 2 people thats impossible. I want my money back.
