Goods didn't arrive although the envelope was intact. Have emailed seller who tells me that unless I opened it in the post office I cannot claim. Since I have a Postnet address I am unable to do this as I do not collect my post. Have asked the seller if there is some way to communicate this on BOB BEFORE purchasing so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Put this down to a painful learning experience
I honestly did not know that sending to a Postnet address would not enable you to check the contents before leaving the Post Office, which is what I ask all recipients to do. I do not understand why this qualifies me for a negative rating. I have offered to refund your payment in full, but you have refused to answer my emails. Responded 02 Aug 2007
