Got the plasma tv thanks! H-U-G-E. Box was damaged though, maybe from the shipping? Inside it was brandnew and flawless. Delivered sooner than promised. Seeking another bargain :-).
Positive: Kindness. Attempt to respond to all enquiries eg. delivery promised for missing "scroll key" on laptop. Ongoing support appreciated.
Negative: Product different from ad pic. Dishonesty about delivery status -delay forgivable (xmas period), but dishonesty not. Laptop severely tempered with -screwdriver marks all over & certificates look sus. Screen, optical drive, speakers not those used by HP. DVDRW drive not connected properly.
