I take back my negative rating - there were problems with the mail server, hence the lack of response. Just a note to the seller - I DO know what a pre-order is. Any customer would expect a prompt response from a seller, regardless of delivery date. Just nice to be reassured so you know your money hasn't gone into a void...
No stress, just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the pre-order .. since we received a lot of questions about that - our mailserver is fully up and running and we even have 2 new people working for us, we will reply faster from now on Responded 10 Jan 2007
