One learns by ones mistakes...I bought the PVR at what I thought was a good price, didn't think twice that it had no smart card as I am existing DSTV client and had a card from old decoder... 'cept this card doesn't work with PVR and it costs R500 to buy a new one. Seller got VERY defensive when I queried with him...told me to 'read the advert'. I should have simply bought from a store as it cost me same price as eg. Makro and a LOT more hassle. Wouldn't buy from this oke ever again :-)
This guy is an imbicile (a person of moderate to severe mental retardation and generally being capable of some degree of communication and performance of simple tasks under supervision). Ad cleary stated "NO SMART CARD", yet he insisted that the card must be provided. My refusal to refund was met with a thinly vailed threat. AVOID!!! Responded 22 Mar 2007
