I am sorry but i was a little angry as this was to be given as a birthday prsent to my little niece.I also had to go and get another present in the short time.
I am disappointed about the negative rating for an item that has been lost or mishandled by the post office. I did say I would check it out for you but it was also almost weekend and time was limited. I also said that I would replace the watch if it had genuinely gone missing. I feel that your negative rating is uncalled for and you have ignored the goodwill that I expressed in replacing the item...I believe the rating should be changed to something more positive...Freespirit2 Responded 21 Mar 2007
Excellent service because it was a local supply i was only happy to fetc my item and pay cash.I am very happy with my item.I would love to deal with supply again with pleasure.
Order was confirmed on 8/03/2007.Deposit done the same day.Tracking number was given the same day.Item was picked up on 13/03/07.Just being lazy to get to the post office early.Excellent response would love to do business with this customer again.
order was placed on Thursday.Deposit done immediately .Item depatched same day the deposit was done.Received my earrings on Monday 12/03/07 at my home.Service excellent .
