first of all one of the earings was bend and as I bend it back it broke !!!Secondly there was no free gift as promissed. I was very very diaspappointed
This is the 1st I am hearing about the problem! All my items are carefully packaged. But If the earring was bent she should have contacted me as soon as she opened the package. She should have never attempted to bend it herself as she doesn't have the tools to mend jewellery. As to the free e-book, this was sent to her on 1 March (i still have the proof in my sent box) so she must have received it! I am happy to resend it her if she has deleted it. Responded 25 Mar 2007
