Items sold were not as advertised. Promised software was missing and after a very frustrating month of sending e-mails back and forth he finaly came to install the software a month later. Power cables still missing, one month later. Gave me the runaround from the first minute by giving me a non-existent address for collection. Lots of unkept promises and irrational answers to my e-mails, this is a stubborn PDI clearly unaware of the first world business ethics and he IS on Africa time.
