Won the bid on the 02/03/07 made payment on 06/03/07 and still no feed back to say if parcell has been sent, today the 12/03/07. Only one e-mail to say once payment has been processed it will be dispatched. Numerous phone call to Phillip but always goes to voice mail. Come on people what happened to service.
Bidorbuy terms say that u are not allowed to rate a seller until you have made payment and allowed for up to 7 working days from payment reflection for disptch. Payment was made 6 Feb and you have rated us badly 5 working days later (12 March)?? You where asked to forward us proof of pay, you didnt do this? You where asked to use your full name as referance, you didnt do this?? Give us a fair chance to do our jobs? Responded 13 Mar 2007
