MacBook Intel Core 2 Duo! Brand new!

Computer was listed as brand new with Apple warrenty. Contacted APPLE and they indicated that they did not have it on current list of stolen machines BUT they would NOT HONOR the warranty without proof of purchase from original apple reseller. Asked supplier to furnish proof of origin of the machine and he indicated that he could not. I will not pay R8400.00 for an ungaranteed item. Seller was quiet happy to cancel the deal and we did offer to refund him his costs but he declined the offer.

You should get a negative rating as people like you waist sellers time and money! I provided all necessary information on machine ( serial no etc). As a seller on BOB i know that my goods are not stolen and the exact origin! Item has an international 1 year warranty from apple. You said on phone that your wife made bid and that you did not want the machine! Yes Im upset!
